Kelly was formally diagnosed as autistic at the age of 44 and with ADHD a year later, after both of his children were officially diagnosed as autistic / ADHD, too.
Before his diagnosis, Kelly worked successfully for over two decades in corporate settings with PepsiCo, Merlin Entertainments, and News International. He is now a keynote speaker, trainer, and neurodiversity consultant.
Kelly co-founded a workplace neurodiversity consultancy in 2020 with his wife, Hester.
Hester is also diagnosed with ADHD. Together, they have trained thousands of people and helped businesses understand the importance of being more accepting and understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace.

What is Neurodiversity? It’s a viewpoint that brain differences are typical rather than deficits.
It’s estimated that around 1 in 7 people have neurodevelopmental differences, including autism, which are observed when they learn and process information in a particular way.
